Class Descriptions
Ritmo & Power: A fusion class consisting of 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of dance.
Spinning: A classic ride that is focused entirely on riding to the rhythm and beat, while encompassing all of the traditional elements such as sprints, hills, strength & endurance.
PowerPump: A total body strength training class that focuses on muscular strength, and endurance
Zumba: Zumba blends Latin-inspired dance with aerobic interval training. The result is a fun, music-driven Zumba workout that boosts your heart rate while improving coordination, endurance, and strength.
HIIT Workout: High Intensity Interval Training combines short rounds of total body strength training combined with bursts of cardiovascular training.
SilverSneakers Strength:
Silver Sneakers Strength is a full body strength workout designed to move and train the body functionally and efficiently.
SilverSneakers Movement: Silver Sneakers Movement focuses on elements of dance, balance, core, and functional training.
SilverSneakers Yoga: Silver Sneakers Yoga is a restorative yoga class that combines tai chi, yoga, deep stretching, and self-care.
